Commitment

• Always give 100% in practice, scrimmages and anything you do
• Practice individual soccer skills on your own time, not just at practice
• Have a positive and “never quit” attitude
• Have an open mind and a “can do” attitude to deal with setbacks

Ownership

• Notify your coach or team manager if you are going to be late or unable to attend a game, training session, or team meeting
• Attend, on time, all games and training sessions
• Immediately report any injury to your coach
• Wear the correct uniform to every game, and the correct training kit to every practice
• Ensure cleats/shoes are clean and in good condition at every game and practice
• Bring properly inflated soccer ball and pack your own kit bag

Integrity

• Exemplify and demonstrate sportsmanship at all times
• Respect the Coach, teammates and players within other age groups in the club
• Respect all officials and coaches and accept their decisions
• Give encouragement to fellow teammates
• Respect equipment and facilities and be prepared to leave it as we found it

Holistic

• Live the Core Values by demonstrating them at school and at home…not just on the pitch
• Recognize that learning never ends – and what you’ll learn while being a member of the Club are lessons you’ll practice throughout your life
